The Online Submittal/Issuance Agency Portal supports agency staff to perform the following business processes:

  • Process online permit applications, issue final decisions and permits/certificates online;
  • Track permit workflows and manage resource assignments;
  • Schedule permitting related inspections and track inspection results;
  • Monitor processing status of all online submittals;
  • Configure permit fees required for each program and manage payment;
  • Manage online compliance reporting;
  • Track historical versions of all submittals and agency comments.

This System is a tool to support on-going agency efforts to improve business processes for the regulated community.
