Annual Billing is approaching. Do you have an active construction stormwater permit or construction dewatering permit?

For Construction Stormwater, and Construction Dewatering, or Groundwater Remediation Certifications

***If a discharge permit is still needed no further action is required.

Construction stormwater sites where construction activities are complete, and the site has been finally stabilized, no longer need stormwater discharge permit coverage. Please complete a Termination submittal in the CEOS system prior to June 30, 2026

Construction dewatering sites where dewatering activities have ceased and the permit is no longer needed must also be terminated in the CEOS system prior to June 30, 2026.

Permittees with active permit certifications on July 1, 2026 will be billed an annual fee for the billing period covering July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 – Termination after July 1 will not result in a refund or cancellation of the bill.

NOTE: CEOS is not compatible with Internet Explorer 9. Please use Google Chrome or an updated version of Internet Explorer. Also, do not have more then one tab/instance of CEOS open on your computer as it merges facilities, users, and submittals.
